How do I play?

Hold anywhere to charge and release to hop: the longer you hold, the farther Pip goes. Each block has a letter, and the letters stack up on Pip's head. When they spell a word of 3 to 7 letters, tap Bank. Longer words score much more, and landing dead centre turns a letter gold for double points. The menu's How to play card has the rest.

What's the Daily?

One course a day, the same for every player, so you can compare scores with anyone. It's free, every day.

What does Plus unlock?

Every past Daily and every new one as it passes, and every colour, face and extra for Pip. It's one payment, not a subscription, and it never helps a Daily score. With Family Sharing, the people in your family group get it too.

I bought Plus but it isn't unlocked

• Check you're signed in with the Apple Account that bought it.
• On the menu, open Past Dailies (or tap Pip at the top of the menu) and tap Restore Purchases.
• If it still says it can't find Plus, tap Unlock Plus. Apple won't charge an account that already owns it.
• If a parent needs to approve the purchase (Ask to Buy), Plus unlocks by itself once it's approved.

Can I get a refund?

Apple handles every payment, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Will I lose my scores on a new phone?

Your scores, streak and Pip's looks live on your iPhone, and they move to a new phone when you set it up from a backup of the old one. Deleting the app deletes them. Plus comes back on any phone with Restore Purchases.

How do I turn the music off?

Tap ♪ on the menu, during a run, or on the pause card.
